1995

The Foundation of Quality

SAGAR introduced the first PP Danline ropes in the region, making a major breakthrough in the local manufacturing sector. Unlike others, we refused to compromise: we launched with Korean Danline Extrusion paired with Roblon (Denmark) Rope-Making Machines, establishing a culture of European precision from our very first coil.

2019 - 2020

The "Quality Revolution"

To ensure scientific accuracy, we upgraded our laboratory and twisting capabilities. Installed Mesdan (Italy) Breaking Strength Testers. Commissioned Buraschi (Italy) Abrasion Resistance Testers to verify rope durability. Expanded capacity with Galan (Spain) and additional Roblon (Denmark) fleets.

2022–2023

The Polysteel Era (Euro-Spec)

Commissioned a complete export-grade facility featuring SIMA (Italy) Extruders with Piovan Gravimetric Dosing for 100% belnd consistency. Simultaneously expanded twisting capacity with the latest Robco Engineering (formerly Roblon) machines, solidifying our status as a Tier-1 manufacturer.

2025

Bangladesh's leading manufacturer of PP Danline Ropes, Fishing Nets, and Nylon Twines. ISO 9001:2015 certified and ready to serve global markets with 40+ years of excellence.

2026

Global Validation & Heavy Marine

Focusing on the global stage, we are installing a Sahm Splice Test Bed for heavy-duty break testing and a Q-Lab QUV (USA) Accelerated Weathering Tester. This allows us to test our ropes in accordance with global standards against the harshest UV conditions on earth, meeting the strict demands of international shipping and offshore sectors.
